We will use real time anonymous tips from the public to jump start our information gathering and initial analysis.
IF the tip is ruled non threatening, we move on to another tip.
ELSE the tip is ruled credible and a threat and we begin initiating deep dive investigation, data collection, and analysis to build a detailed package on the target. The package information will be used to identify attack vectors we can exploit, patterns of operation, and other possible targets.
In the end, targets will be subject through means of technical exploits, resulting in deletion, corruption, or denial of service, OR a service /utility disruption, logistics exposure, or direct intervention.
THE WHO
